1. Promoter

This competition is organised and promoted by Rolling Pictures Ltd, trading as Rolling Pictures Weddings ("the Promoter").

2. Prize

One winning couple will receive £2,165 credit (the cost of our entry video package) towards a wedding videography package provided by Rolling Pictures Weddings.

• The credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

• The credit is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the winning couple.

• Any package value exceeding £2,165 must be paid by the winning couple in accordance with our standard booking terms.

3. Eligibility

• Both entrants must be aged 18 or over.

• The wedding must take place within the United Kingdom.

• The wedding must take place before 31 December 2027.

• Existing bookings are eligible. If you win, £2,165 will be deducted from your balance or refunded. 

4. Location

The prize includes weddings taking place within 50 miles of Central London.

For weddings beyond this distance, additional travel and/or accommodation charges may apply. These costs will be discussed with the winning couple before booking and must be agreed before the prize is redeemed.

5. How to Enter

To enter, complete the competition entry form and tell us what makes your love story unique.

Only one entry per couple will be accepted.

6. Winner Selection

This is not a random prize draw.

The winning couple will be selected by the Promoter based on the originality, authenticity and emotional impact of their submitted story.

The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right not to award the prize if, in its reasonable opinion, no entry meets the required standard.

7. Competition Dates

Entries close on 15/08/26.

The winner will be contacted using the details provided during entry and announced on or before 01/09/26.

If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Availability

The prize is subject to the Promoter's availability on the wedding date.

If the Promoter is unavailable, or if a mutually acceptable arrangement cannot be reached, an alternative winner may be selected.

9. Booking Requirements

The winning couple must:

• Sign the Promoter's standard wedding videography agreement.

• Comply with all standard booking terms and conditions.

• Pay any additional balance due if selecting a package valued above £2,165.

10. Publicity & Content

By entering the competition, entrants grant the Promoter permission to use their submitted story for promotional purposes in connection with the competition.

The winning couple also agrees that photographs, video footage and behind-the-scenes content captured as part of their wedding may be used by the Promoter across its website, portfolio, social media channels and other marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Cancellations & Changes

If the winning couple cancels their wedding or postpones it to a date on which the Promoter is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

The prize may not be transferred to another date, couple or event without the Promoter's written consent.

12. General

• The prize may not be sold, transferred or exchanged.

• Incomplete, fraudulent or offensive entries may be disqualified.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
